C5 - Project Collaboration and Management

Workshops, seminars, and presentations at the advanced level will assist participants in initiating, establishing, maintaining and ending collaborative projects with other professionals to support the needs of the larger client population. The importance of collegiality, teamworking, collaboration, and dialogue will be emphasized. Topics will include methods of maintaining accountability and transparency, seeking and managing funding (e.g. grants), project planning, and risk assessment and management.
